Charlie O’Neil by the Pool in Portugal.
It’s the summer of 2000 and I’m with the legendary page 3 photographer Jeany Savage on a Daily Star trip to the Algarve, Portugal. I spent three years as Jeany’s full-time assistant between 1997 and 2000 and on this trip I went out early one morning with Charlie O’Neil to shoot this swimwear for MegaStar.co.uk as the sun came up. Not only did these images grace the digital pages of MegaStar, a couple of shots proved very popular, appearing in calendars, posters, magazines and at least one Ibiza dance music CD that I saw.
