It was a bleary eyed start to the day with us all meeting at Gatwick airport at 04:15 Sunday morning for the 06:25 flight to Sofia.

After we arrived at Sofia, collected the Nissan Pathfinder and set off for our base in Dolna Banya, a small village near the popular winter ski resort of Borovets. The weather’s looking good and after a couple of hours rest we headed out to a local restaurant – the girls are flagging now!!

An early night then it’s 2 days of Steve and me shooting with Summer and Charley, followed by the next 2 with Amy Green and Zoe Alexndra who fly out to meet us on Tuesday.
Why do you make shots in Bulgaria?
We have the use of a house there, the countryside is pretty and quite quiet and it’s relatively inexpensive.
